Critical Friends
Teachers present videos of their teaching and teachers provide constructive feedback.
MAP
Proctoring the MAP assessment, notifying parents of the MAP assessment, analyzing and communicating MAP data.
Evaluations
Plan and input evaluations, review evaluations before sending to parents.
Teaching Quality Analysis
Drop-Ins
Plan for the principal and department heads to drop in on the students to have them show their reading fluency and comprehension.
Semester End TQA
Teachers research their MAP scores data, input it into the TQA template and reflect on the data. Department Heads provide MAP data on their grades compared to the student learning pathways and make decisions on areas of focus in the upcoming semester.

Purchasing RAZ Kids
Connect with Raz Kids to renew accounts. Add new accounts for student numbers
Setting up RAZ Kids
Have teachers set up Raz Kids account for each student with simple password. Send RAZ Kids account sign up to parents. Confirm all students have logged in.
Purchasing Textbooks
Confirm the textbooks each teacher wishes to use. Purchase textbooks for students.
iPads Setup
Notify admin about iPads, download Raz Kids and input class for students
Class Organization
Collect teacher class preferences, and organize them to classes they are best suited for.
Class Schedules
Confirm class schedules with administration - no overlap in times, enough times for transitions, class hours are sufficient, library times don't overlap, etc.
MAP Testing
Set MAP test dates on the school calendar, contact MAP representatives to receive and pay for contract.
Classrooms
Confirm classrooms for teachers, setup classrooms with English resources and materials.
Class Leveling
Collect student numbers and organization according to Chinese class from administration., collect MAP scores of all students, meet with academic team to divide according to level for each grade, perform additionally oral assessments for questionable students, plan class leveling activity (i.e. Harry Potter), and send notification to all parents about the class levels - introducing the teachers.
Pull-Out/Push-In Program
Identify students who will need to be a part of our Pull-Out/Push-In program (G3 and above only), collect resources to teach, plan times to teach, organize teachers to provide the tutoring, principal and department head meetings with parents, and connect with administration to collect tutoring fees.
Parent Meetings
Plan with the homeroom teacher when to have beginning-of-the-year parent meetings. Send parent meeting ppt templates to teachers to complete and review before the parent meetings.
