Avoiding action
Overconforming
The most common behavior under avoidance is seen an employees who adhere strictly at all the rules, policies, and behavior and do not allow deviations or exceptions. Because of this behavior,they are protected from any sanctions or punishment that may be imposed by the organization.
Buck passing
In this technique, task are defined such a way that it becomes another person's responsibility.
Playing dumb
This technique is used when a person avoids an unwanted task by falsely pleading ignorance or inability.
Stalling
This involves slowing down the pace of work to expand the task so that the individuals look as if they working hard.
Defersonalization
