The marketing store team runs the online store for print and promotional merchandise for loan officers. They help them get the appropriate materials ordered and purchased with their personal information and customized to their needs to better reach their end consumer.
The email marketing team builds and runs email and postcard journeys to help the loan officers reach their end consumer at the right time with the right information for retention or loan status updates. They also assist in creating mass emails for corporate communications. They help to keep track of what communication goes out and what message is shared.
The Consumer Direct team helps the loan officers with lead generation. They create budgets and plans to reach new customers with direct mail and Zillow to collect information and submit a lead that can be used to contact them.
The marketing specialists and marketing manager work to create deliverables and communicate with loan officers for affinity programs, onboarding processes, and VIP relationships. They help to guide LOs to the right team to help them.
The events team plans and executes events for both corporate and individual branch officers, from tradeshows to job fairs to sales rallies.

The branding team creates templates and branding guidelines for all members of the marketing team to follow when creating any marketing materials. They also help create posters, flyers, email headers, and other graphic needs from the loan officers.
The web team creates and manages the corporate and individual loan officer website pages and content, codes custom landing pages, analyzes SEO keywords, and purchases domains.
