Something that bothered me was reading that men and women have different expectations for communicating. I mean I knew so, but reading about it caught more of my attention.
Something that confused me was talking about how we want opinions to turn into facts, until I thought about it. whenever I'm arguing with someone I want to be right all the time, but the facts are never in my favor.
One thing that caught my surprise was looking over abstract language. It talks about how we use certain language to probably nicely disagree with someone in a higher position that us.
