My work ethic includes going the extra mile in order to produce quality in my work, conducting myself professionally in the presence of other people, having focus, dedication and determination to show my self-discipline, and lastly showing my employers that I have a good sense of teamwork and that if needed I can also succeed if left alone on a project.
I also show my work ethic by putting the company first, managing my time properly (which means being punctual, maintaining a good attendance record, and taking into account deadlines for projects), being honest by providing honest feedback and admitting when I've made a mistake, and always showing respect.
