non diegtic music, begins with very serious music to set the tone of the documentary. tension building music. soundtrack changes based on what is happening. when talking about the dangers of cutting weight and it being potentially fatal the music becomes very tense and sinister. sets the mood and gives the audience an insight into the dangers.

non diegetic audio becomes very sad and sets a low mood when discussing the health risks of cutting weight. non diegetic audio used heavily to set the mood.
subject talks in a serious tone and rarely seems upbeat. also features interviews from an expert as well as another fighter who discusses his own experiences.

Starts off with establishing/ wallpaper shots of a man running, he then runs towards camera and speaks about what he is doing and says should I take protein this then leads into more wallpaper/establishing shots of people working out and then goes into more interview answers.
This is an expository documentary as it unveils information about protein, it also has the exact style of expository as it has establishing shots to start the documentary and then goes into unveiling info.
It has a nice pace, upbeat music to bring people in which suits the fitness genre well.
Shots consist of POV shots, close ups, long shots, over the head shots. A wide variety of shots are used to keep people interested in the documentary.

Shots through equipment, close ups, slow motion long shots, over the shoulder shots. These shots all add tension and seriousness into the documentary and bring the audience in.
When he is being interviewed he is in one third of the shot speaking across camera this suits the typical documentary interview there are a variety of different interview locations him outside the gym and in the gym so you can see equipment in the background
