Messy Reporting and execution
Press to get their misreporting corrected before submission. Don't clean up their messes!
Care should be taken for execution of exposure visits with them etc.
Innovation Conference goes out. Maybe we will do it in 2020 without them.
700,000 remained underspent. Need to charge extra salaries for delivery made in August
Consultants & Procurement processes are some of the most challenging aspects during audits. Be very particular about the recording of their Timesheets and daily involvements.
International Travel vs Local Travel: Spend more of local travel including GoB stakeholders if needed.
Make the POWER Research agenda as MM centric as possible for making it transparent to EU as it aligns disproportionately more with global UNCDF agenda than MDDRM agenda
6121: Make scopes for charging for consultant from here. Move and act quickly on this
6312 is a huge area for spending on awareness raising campaigns for UNCDF. 90000 underspent at the moment.
6411: Make innovations partners' meaningful participation at the regional fairs
6421: Largely underspent even after piloting of 6 models. Need to spot how to spend. Will have to discuss with Rajeev da.
6422: Identify what supports needed for each of the 6 models. Then engage consultants from the pool based on their availability. Has complementarities with 6431.
6431: Allocated budgets are inadequate. Not enough for deploying firms. Maybe deploy consultants instead. Get support from 6422 if needed.

Look for ways to capture additional data and case studies keeping endline evaluation of models in mind
Ask innovation partners to include baseline data with reference to the established result chain
Develop data, case studies and insights for blog posts
Keep retention statistics in check and continuously learn from failures. Retention of MMs on models will be a huge challenge going foward.
Ask M&E person to keep track of trainees in conjunction with endline evaluation purposes. Build a pool of power trainees and respondents and maintain rapport for for later use at evaluation.
Focus mainly on the tracking of innovations
Make sure the SHIFT-SAARC M&E Dash is regularly updated especially covering the training information and data
Make sure to collect photos, case studies and documentations for next annual report. Collect data and stories through Dnet and BDMS by Nov-Dec 2019
A newly appointed person will be the focal point. Most likely a National Consultant for M&E and Data Analysis
