Goal Setting Theory: Drew is nAch so setting goals will work very well for him. He is conscientious so he can set his own goals. Feedback isn't as important because he's not nPow. Negative feedback will be useful.
Allow employees to participate with decisions. Give them challenging goals. Encourage good group relations.
nAch is Drews diving force. While it's not the best for a manager, it can be used to create a better manager. nAch focus' on goal achievement, set the goal in relation to team management.
