Survey incentives can help to achieve response rate targets when a survey is issued. It’s vital to give the audience good motivation for doing the survey. People have busy lives, so sometimes there need to be something extra to sweeten the deal in exchange for their valuable feedback.
The feedback recieved from the customers can effect staffing and how staff are trained, (such as customer service training) it can also effect how tthe business presents itself and the products it sells. (ASDA stopped selling since knifes after pressure from number of stabbings.)
