- Utilising multiple methods
- Intentionally integrating or combining these methods to draw on the strengths of each
Rationale for Mixed Methods (Combing Qualitative and Quantitative Research)
It is argued that by mixing the datasets,
the researcher provides a better
understanding of the problem than if either
data set had been used alone.
