APPLICATION #1
From this Training I will definitely be conscious
of "gathering points". Although I was organized before,
I realized through this video that I was over-complicating
my organizational process. Moving forward, I will ensure to keep my gathering points to lower that six. In doing so I think my efficiency will increase because I will not have so many steps in my daily process.
APPLICATION #2
From this training I will also work at re-defining "personal-time" versus "work-time". As you can see from my mental triggers there is a lot floating around in my mind from work on a daily basis. Moving forward I will work to separate these two times so that I can enjoy my personal time more. In doing so, I believe I will become less stressed overall. Which will in turn improve my ability to work because I will feel more rested.
