Identifiying your feelings
Start by taking your emotional temperature.
ask yourself what feelings am i having
which one the most powerfull?, and dont supress them wit fine and ok
when did i start feeling this way?
use a notebook to record your emotions, and dont rush it over.
in the notebook record the quiestions and its answers.
Identify your stressors.
what is triggering this emotion?
what is or not happening in my every day life?/ pay atention to events to determing/answer this question
How is my "home" life?
im i going along with spetial people in my life(siblings, parents, and more.)
how am i doing at school/work?
Look for pattern in your stress, like where are they happening and more.
Notice if you start judging what you feel.
wait for outcome before judging your feelings
dont assume the worst
dont be thinking negative when you dont know whats happening
Speak about your feelings, and let go of the fear.
dont dismiss your feelings
dont huld grudges or fear for someone
problems get bigger if you neglect them
