Invoice

Invoices are written documents which show financial transactions concerning orders which request payments and outlines the terms.

Bank Statements

A printed record of the balance in a bank account and the amounts that have been paid into it and withdrawn from it, issued periodically to the holder of the account.

Employee Documents

A reimbursement claim form o a document wishing to reclaim necessary expenses uncured during a trip, providing valid evidence is given the refund will be issued.

Statement of account

A statement of account is a detailed report of the contents of an account. An example is a statement sent to a customer, showing billings to and payments from the customer during a specific time period, resulting in an ending balance.

A receipt given by a shop to a customer who has returned goods, which can be offset against future purchases.
