Male with severe cramps and fatigue
Upstream
Specific factors in his routine that causes this problem:
Muscle loss
Not getting the proper nutriences to build muscle
not eating protein there for his body is taking it out of his muscles causing him to loss muscle mass
cramping
over use of of the muscle
dehydration
fatigue
Because of his lack of food he is not getting the proper energy needed to make his body function causing him to be fatigue
overworking his body
Pros and Cons for his life choices
trying to get back in shape
being in shape is never bad, and it help in living a longer life, it also helps with dealing with sorten health problems
intense weight training
is good if you do it twice a week and break it up into two different woek out one day upper body and the other lower body
if you do it to much it can cause your body to get strain and have a hire chances to injured your self
ruining
in his case is doing it good but instead of it being a work-out of its own make it your warm up and then get some body building in after words
gallon of water
is good because it help with recovery and making sure that you dont pass out because of dehydration, but you could drink to much and make it unhealthy and can mess up the Na concentration making it harder to move the signals between axons and muscles
vegan diet of just juice
vegan diet is good but it can't just be juice/ so he is going to need to add some sort of protein and carbohydrates to get thing going in the morning
spiking meals
is never good because you are not going to have the energy to finish the work out and it does not help if you are trying to build muscle
Downstream
If he continues with what he is currently doing
it can cause him to be unhealthy and can lead to him having an earlier death that what he should have had
his current problems can cause his other system to like the hart to give out because it is pushing the hart to pup more blood throughout the body than what its used to/ it can also makes his bones to start deteriorating because it is using them to get nutrients.
organ failures
can cause him to have a weaker immunensystem
Background
connective tissue
The Epimysium
is a layer of dense irregular connective tissue that surrounds the whole skeletal muscle. (is use to protect and support like a though leather sleeve)
The Perimysium
is a layer of dense irregular connective around each fascicles. (provide protection and support)
The Endomysium
is compose of areolar connective tissue that surrounds each muscle fibers. (severs as a electrical insulation for the muscles )
fascias
Deep fascia
also called Visceral or muscular fascia
it is compose of irregular connective tissue that is external to the epimysium
it separates individual muscles and binds muscles together that have similar functions
Superficial fascia
it's compose of areolar connective tissue and adipose connective tissue
it separate muscles from skin
Steps for Excitation-Contraction coupling
Neuromuscular junction: excitation of a skeletal muscle fiber
1a. Ca2+ entry at synaptic knob
1b. Release of ACh from synaptic knob
1c. Biding of ACh to ACh receptor at motor end plate
sarcolemme, t-tubules , and srcoplasmic reticulum: excitation-contraction coupling
2a. development of an end plate potential (EPP) at the motor end plate
2b. initiation and propagation of an action potential along sarcolemma and t-tubules
2c. Release of Ca2+ from the sarcoplasmic reticulum
Sarcomere
3a. Ca2+ binding
3b. Crossbridge formation (attach)
3c. Power stroke (pull)
3d. RElease of myosin head (release)
3e. Reset myosin head (rest)
fatigue
factors of fatigue
insufficient free Ca2+ at the neuromuscular junction
a change i ion concentration that interferes with the ability of the muscle fibers to conduct an action potential along the sarclemma
increased phosphate ion concentration. when p concentration in the muscle sarcoplasm interferes with p release from the sarcoplasmic reticulum
is the reduce ability or inability of skeletal muscle to produce muscle tension
the primary cause of muscle fatigue during excerssive pr sustained exercise is a decrease in glycogen stores

Fuels and other compounds needed by a muscle
how who dose this change whit intense activity
it is going to increase the demand of this flues and compounds because they are being used more then usually so that the muscle is getting it proper nutrients that it need to work.
