    - - Involvement of the clubs
        
        Step 1:
        
        Find clubs – 2 clubs per country (of the project team) we can find clubs through our research connected to IO2
        
        During February the project partners will identify which 2 clubs will be chosen
        
        Step 2:
        
        Involve the clubs in our work
        
        Make video interviews with these clubs, use them as a case and at the same time ask them to test the MOOC
        -This will be done during spring 2020
        
        Anders & Henrik: It is clear that we need to work closely to our target group  Sport Clubs to make sure that we’ll build an online course that the find useful and easy to use, this group proposed two steps to involve the clubs:

        Style
        
        We need to pick our style – What type of general style direction would we want to have?
        
        This can be decided by brainstorming with partners at the next meeting – maybe at the steering committee meeting in the beginning of next year
        
        When: ASAP!
        
        Who: The leader of IO4 (ENGSO) needs to lead this work but with input from the project team
        
        Smallest action: It can be very useful to look for good examples to see what direction we should take
        
        Design
        
        What: It is very important is to approach professionals who could help us to create the design - Could be someone with previous experience from MOOCs?
        
        It could also be useful to use our own experiences from other projects or from for example ENGSOs website..
        
        When: after the general style is decided
        
        Who: IO4 leader (ENGSO)
        
        First step: Collect opinions and then ask the producer to deliver 2-3 examples the final decision shall be made by the project group
        
        Structure
        
        What: Define different “chapters” of the MOOC, possibly 5-6 different chapters
        
        How: Brainstorm during next meeting, steering committee meeting?
        
        When: The partners will send their results 20th January, based on findings from IO2  based on these results an analysis will be made  then proposal of the main structure
        
        Look for good examples of successful MOOCs!
      - Content
        
        A proposed workflow/key events:
        
        Collect Results within IO1-
        
        Do a thematic analysis
        
        The same writer creates the text content for the MOOC
        
        Partners give their feedback
        
        Editing of the text content
        
        Trial – by partners and by the target group
        
        Do final adjustments

        One important conclusion is that not that much of the content can be finalized before the results connected to IO1,2 & 3 is available
        
        It is very important that the content needs to be written by one writer.
        
        A Trial of written materials by partners and the target group is needed.

        What we could do already is to:
        
        Consult an e-learning expert – to define a MOOC format that fits our needs.
        
        We also need to do research and try to find good examples of other MOOCs that we can learn from
        
        It is necessary to define who’s doing what connected to this work

        Things to include in the content of the MOOC is:
        
        Small things like: glossary and definitions,
        
        We need an introduction,
        
        Clear info on how to use the MOOC
        
        A summary of ideas top-tips and
        general principles,
        
        Self-assessment tools
        
        A teaser to use for marketing
        
        Case studies
      - Apply following Action plan to each prioritized area!

        What is the very first step/what is the smallest action that could make a difference?
      - Limitations

        It is important that we will not forget to be aware of our limitations and the possible things that could go wrong!
        
        Firstly – we have to define the format of the content and we need to collect and produce the content through IO1-3, then we need to go through the following steps:
        
        Find the producer – this company can tell what’s possible or not (November 2019)
        
        Then we need to identify limitations, what can we do for the money we’ve got? How much work-time can we spend on the MOOC now and in the future? (November 2019)
        
        Create the content for the MOOC and outline the structure (February 2020)
        
        Agree on what’s possible and find a plan B (Winter 2020)
        
        Then we need to prioritise, based on what we want to do and what recourses we have – what can be done? What do we need to prioritize? (Winter 2020)
        
        Time to start producing! (Spring 2020)
        
        We need to test the MOOC! (June 2020)
        
        Revise and adjust! (June-August 2020)
        
        Launch! (September 2020)
