By providing the student with an Individual, visual schedule, my hope is that it will provide more specific routines, agendas, and instructions for the student on a daily basis, decreasing their anxiety of they know what comes next. It will also aide the student to better structure and organize their time. I will laminate and place the schedule on the student's desk, taped down and in plain sight, so they may easily reference it and check things off as they complete them. The schedule will be as a reference point throughout the day to help the child remain on task.

I will continue to use the Behavior & Intervention Tracking Form used in Tier 2 Intervention to continue to monitor the student's progress.
