This is where there is no government or authoritative presence in a country. It is a product of the government being destroyed and then rival groups have a civil war to see who takes control. People that are apart of these groups are called anarchists and they believe that the government shouldn't control their lives and that they should rule their own lives and work together to create a new society.
They don"t have a set leader in any government or position of power. There is no voting system in place because voting supports the government or authority in some way and they don't believe in that. They also don't have a way to make laws because they don't believe in laws.

Theocracy
Government-run by a priest in the name of a God or Gods. They chose their leader based on religious standing. The laws are based on religious beliefs, mostly from the Holy Book
Usually in these countries: Yemen,Saudi Arabia, Iran, Afghanistan
Advantages

Operates efficiently as its all based on one ruler, God
Majority of people all agree and even if they are in conflict, the supreme government would have the final say
