Oligarchy
An oligarchy is where the power in the hands of a small number of people. The power is often passed along generations. The leaders gained power by either having connections to other oligarchs, or they control an industry that gies them influence.
Disadvantages

The people under the oligarchs can quickly be non compelled to follow the rules, so the areas may have higher risks of rebellions.
The disadvantages are that the oligarchs would push out favorable laws, that help them stay in power.

Democracy
Types Of Democracy
A democracy is a type of government in which the population, or a representative group, make decisions based on consensus and agreements. Votes and elections allow citizens, the one's who hold political power, leaders or representatives who represent their interests and ideas to others.

Democracy (Direct)
A direct democracy is a form of government in which there is active and direct participation of the citizens. The public votes on issues directly and may even operate through a small assembly of citizens. Either way, there is a direct vote pertaining to each and every citizens' interests or contributions.

No distinction based on class, color, or gender, and every votes has an equal amount of weight

Maintains the social, economic, and cultural conditions to enable free will and a practice of personal rights
