The infinitive is used with to after adjectives or to express an objective or why we are doing an action
n some pharses, the verb is followed by the infinitive without the 'to'.

Example:
1-It wasnt nice for me to eat fast food.
2-Eating fast food was not nice for me.
The gerund is used when the verb is the subject of the sentence or after a preposition
