What is 'Health'?
The state of a person's:
Health is not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
Physical health
Mental Health
Social Health
The immune system's health
The state of being free from illness or injury
What are 'Diseases'?
Diseases can be harmful to all organisms.
Diseases are abnormality in a normal functioning of an organism.
Diseases can either be contagious or not.
Diseases are not carried due to immediate external injury.
Types of diseases
deficiency diseases
a disease caused by the lack of an element in the diet, usually a particular vitamin or mineral.
hereditary diseases
It is a disease or disorder that is inherited genetically. Hereditary Diseases are passed on from one generation to another through defective genes. These diseases are transmitted in the same family.
infectious diseases
Infectious diseases are disorders caused by organisms — such as bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites.
Zoonoctic Diseases: A type of infectious diseases that first transmited
physiological diseases
A physiological disorder is a condition in which the organs in the body malfunction causes illness. Examples are Asthma, Glaucoma, Diabetes.
How do you prevent diseases?

Have a fit immune system
