Types of policy change
Policy change
It can defined as an alteration to the current public policy where it requires the removal of some aspects of the policy. It may even require the implementation of a new strategy that complements or completes the current one and could also involve a change of nature. The reformation can be in the forms of incremental changes in existing policies and also enactment of new statutes in particular policy areas.
Eg: Recent policy changes that we can see is regarding the phases of Movement Control Order (MCO) which started from 18th March until today.
Consolidation form
Linear change
Involve a significant adjustment with some aspects of the current policy.
Non-linear
A complete adjustment to the current policy or a complete change to the new one.
This form is the merging of previous policy into the new one.

Eg: Some of the policy costly expecially during this Covid Pandemic some of the policy need to cut their cost.

Policy termination means the process of ending policy.
