This position would be taken by a BOH Student who has taken a computer science class. With the ability to use basic code, this person would lead the team responsible for designing, building and managing all the online assets of the company. A great example of this would be the companies website or the inventory management system.
I chose this organizational format as it suits our situation of having employees that are unexperienced and some that are over-experienced the best. In this strucutre the people with the most experience and knowledge would be put into senior leadership roles. This leadership structure will insure that the store will follow all the Thames Valley School board rules. Also, the previous knowledge that the leaders will bring will allow the company to predict future trends and give guidance to create products more effectively. Slotting Students into specific roles will allow for specialization to occur, as students will become more effective and efficient at what they do. Reducing there leadership in the company will reduce the chance of errors occurring. To eliminate burnout, students will be rotated through the 5 possible stems within the company occasionally.
