Diagnosis: pelvic flexure over nephrosplenic ligament, bands of the left ventral colon, medial displacement of spleen

Large volumes of reflux from NG; decrease tachycardia
Abrasions, tachycardia, nostril flare, sweating
Auscultation of sand in GI
Decreased borborygmi, gas-distended abdomen, CV stable/fairly normal PE

Can see sand/enterolith
