Assessing Potentian Danger
Eye Problems/ Eye Strain
Sitting in front of a screen not only for school but also in your free time is hurting your eyes more than you think.
The more you sit in front of a screen, the rays do not only weaken your eyesight but they can cause your eyes to burn and strain.
Resting your eyes, even if it just means closing them for a few minutes can really help get the strain off.
Turning the brightness down on your device can help lessen the strain in your eyes.
Make sure to occasionally put eye drops into your eyes, this helps strengthen them when you sit in front of screens for a long time.
If your eyes strain a lot, washing them will help ‘clean’ them.
If you have glasses, try to buy glasses that have a blue light protector, these help protect your eyes from rays.
Caffeine
Caffeine can increase heart rate and pressure, can make you shaky and nervous, can impact your focus and your sleep, it makes your brain and heart work harder and it is very addicting.
Niacin, Taurine, Tyrosine and Maltodextrin are all evident in energy drinks but in all reality, they’re all just caffeine.
Some may think caffeine isn’t that bad but in reality, too much caffeine is not good for your body.
This equals almost 5 times caffeine in just 1 cup of coffee.
Most coffee, energy drinks, soda and tea have caffeine.
Herbal tea and fruit infused water can help lessen your caffeine intake and increase your health.

Pedophiles On The Internet
These adults like to toy with teenagers like you and me to get what they want.
This is a big problem because without knowing it, we can give out our secret information.
The real problem occurs when pedophiles find their way into your messages.
If you ever do feel as if a pedophile is trying to talk to you, block them immediately.
Some teenagers may even post themselves on their social media, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
If your account is private, it is harder for whoever wants to contact you to do so because they can’t get in unless you let them.
Almost every teenager has social media whether it’s instgram, snapchat, twitter or tiktok.
If you ever feel in danger, tell your parents and contact the police.
A few ways to prevent this from happening are; don’t answer any texts from people you don’t know and block them straight away, try to keep your account private if you are going to post yourself and don’t share any personal information online.
