Raising awareness - Coggle Diagram

      - I have experiences with making a clothing with a fabulous design before, so this will make this product easier to make.
      - The message can be produced in 2 ways. 1. The visuals and messages displayed on the shirt. 2. The re usable material (cotton) i will be using.
    - - May be harmful to the environment by using non-environmental friendly materials
      - May not be able to raise as much awareness, since only the individuals which wear the shirts will be able to fully understand the message I want to produce. Overall, this is a more personal solution.
    - - Polyester
        
        Polyester is way durable then cotton
        
        Clogs up landfills which contributes negatively on one of the severe issues in Hong kong (waste management)
        
        Very stretchable compared to cotton
        
        Since it is made out of man made chemical substances, it is harmful to the environment.
        
        Chemical may leak when exposed to a hot weather
      - Cotton
        
        Will break up in landfills which contributed positively on one of the severe issues in Hong Kong (waste management)
        
        Cotton is a natural product which grows on plants, therefore, it is an environmentally friendly material
        
        However, if handled roughly, it is easier to break and have small crevices.
        
        It can resist tears and stains
        
        Since the issue that I would likely raise awareness is sea water pollution, it will contribute positively if I use an environmentally friendly material. Cotton will be perfect because it is grown on plants and can easily be broke apart.
      - Overall, I will be using cotton over polyester, since the pros overcomes the cons. By using cotton, it can also raise awareness, as it is an environmentally friendly material which contributes positively to HK's environmental issues.
