MailPlus Common Issues

Do not receive emails
Check:
[1] Check MX/A record. Make sure the record point to NAS.
[2] SMTP ports opened?
[3] Check if any related messages in maillog. If the server does connect to MailPlus server, there should be connection related logs.
Mail Rejected
Check:
[MailPlus Server > Mail Delivery > Security]
emails delayed
Info Collect:
[1] Which email has this problem(date&time/sender/recipient info)
[2] Ask user to provide Postfix Log (maillog)Check:
[1] Check [Message delivery time stamps] in maillog (https://serverfault.com/questions/24121/understanding-a-postfix-log-file-entry)
delays=a/b/c/d, where
a = time before queue manager, including message transmission
b = time in queue manager
c = connection setup including DNS, HELO and TLS.
d = message transmission time.Reference ticket please refer to HERE.[2] Check if the server is busy

Mail Migration Failed
Check:
[1] Check all settings are correct, including Test Connection
[2] Run User List Check
[3] If you see error message "Could not resolve hostname...", please set DNS Server to 8.8.8.8.
[4] Check logs exported from Information.
[5] Usually, run the task again can solve the migration problems.
