if you know you have a hard week ahead if you than plan some type of reward to give yourself if you get all of your stuff done throughout the week

make a comfy corner in your house or dorm, find a quiet park bench to do your homework at, stay away from noisy, busy, and congested areas when you want to focus on relaxing

fill your life with people who motivate, encourage, inspire, support and love you unconditionally
avoid people who constantly put you down, do not care about your success, encourage you to do destructive behavior, and are not there for you when you need support.
positive situations
stay away from stressful people, situations, and possible stressors such as forgetting to bring your laptop charger to the library with you. instead, plan ahead. create a checklist of all the things you might need at the library, pack your bag the night before, set a reminder on your phone so you remember to grab everything you need etc.
