Little evidence that work in schools fed into church growth
Possibly because neither schools workers really majored on team building
Both had major talents, neither could build, maintain, train and encourage a team
Unique ministry based on their personality
X mean no value
Does mean that its value should be considered alongside other competing demands for resources
particularly when we're being asked to contribute for the 1st time
Just because something is good - X necessarily the best
Now consider 'lay outreach' - person will continue with schools work and add community outreach - in half the time
Need more info/ vision
I'm fairly clear that whatever was proposed must include team building
Equally clear that our current schools worker doesn't those skills
Awards regular basis?
Do we need to bid this time?
Suggest - if we're convinced schools worker work on the funds
If not - start to prepare Kevin for end of contract, and put some meat on the bone of community outreach
