Steps of Design Build Process
Step 11: Start Construction
Install the company sign and flyer box in front of your residence.
If possible, notify local residents about the building,

Step 6:Prepare and Submit Final Project Estimate

Step 3: The Preliminary Design Drawing Presentation to Client

Step 9: Apply for Permit
The product choice guide must be finished before the construction permit application is submitted.

Step 5: Prepare Construction Drawings
Builder collaborates with P. E. Engineer to include additional pages of building drawing plan indicating wall parts, framing of roof wall and ceiling, nailing patterns, bracing of shear wall, etc.
Step 7: Financing Procedures (If Applicable)
Loan Request
Approval for Loans
Set appointment for closure of loan and signing of Contractor Contract.
Send Statement of Disclosure to Client for Signature

Discuss the priorities of projects and special interests
Discuss targets, style and budget for projects

Step 8: Contract and Loan Completion
The loan and agreement must be signed at the bank or financial institution
For project lists, the contractor may request vendor and subcontractor lists
Attain mobilization check-10%
