Marriott International
Owners of the company
The role of those stakeholders is to make profit by their international and national chains of the hotels. To maintain their good reputation, they'd have to monitor and make sure their hotel chains provide excellent service and would also invest in upgrading their products to maintain a high quality and to make sure they won't get sued by unsatisfied customers. With the help of tourist TNCs, they will gain more profit as people will become more aware and comfortable with the hotel chains internationally since they've probably used in the US.
Board members
The roles of the board members are similar to the owners of the company. The global operating committee are in managing the hotel chains overseas according to their location and making sure there are no problems such as a data leakage and they would write up a detailed report about the incomes and the products needed to the board members based in US. The board members that are based in the US are most likely to report back to the higher executives and also manage the hotels based in the US. The disadvantages is that some global board members will request more funds based on the location they're operating in. To meet the expectations of the customers and to maintain their reputation, they'd have to invest heavily in the hotels.
Employees
Employees are expected to provide high quality service to satisfy the needs of the customers. Employees are evaluated by the board members inspecting the income of each hotel and the reviews made by customers. So they are expected to maintain a suitable image for the sake of the hotel's reputation. The advantages of being connected with tourist TNCs is that it would lead to more employees being hired and this would offer a lot of positions and also as new hotel chains are being built, more people are offered job positions.
Tourists
They use the facilities provided by the hotels to enjoy their stay and this would become a disadvantage to hotels in remote areas because if tourists were there, they would demand access to WiFi and many more facilities and this means that the country or that particular area needs to be developed.
Loyalty member
Unlike tourists who visit the hotel once or twice, loyalty members often visit the hotels in any area. They spend money just like tourists but do gain benefits such as accumulating points on each visit and later on getting a discount on their stay.
Sponsors/Global Events
This would benefit the hotel in terms of providing more recognition to the hotel and that would attract more tourists. It would also benefit from the events nearby as more people are likely to book a room and commute by foot to the place of event.
Government
In some countries, the government would have rules such as a ban to public nudity, therefore it would be difficult for tourists to use the facilities of the hotel such as the swimming pool while wearing whatever clothing they want. This would lead to the hotel in investing a rooftop swimming pool so that people passing by don't feel uncomfortable and so that those tourists would have their privacy in the hotel.
Local residents
It would be difficult for hotels in small countries to benefit from their local residents because they can commute by car to their desired place and still have time to make it back home. However, in the US for example, the hotels provide a safer stay rather than shady motels. Also, whenever traveling those residents would be familiar with that hotel chain which benefits the hotel owners.

Tour operators
It is an advantage to both the tour operators and the hotels as they both provide services that satisfy customers. The tour operators would book in advance with the hotels and tourists would select hotels they'd prefer based on the facilities provided and the cost. However, tour operators aren't needed today because most people book online for hotels and commute by themselves by renting cars in that country.
