100a+ wheels are the hardest and the fastest pro wheels, with the least amount of grip

78a-87a wheels are soft wheels, good for rough surfaces, longboards, or street boards

long board: mainly for cruising and transportation. It's good for street riding with soft wheels which make rides smooth on rough surfaces
skateboard: traditional skateboards are great for ramps and tight turns, plus are light and the best for leaps, flips and tricks in general.
penny board: they are lightweight and easier to carry around, they are the easiest to maneuver in.

one way of using a skateboard is using it for travelling. It doesn't cause harm to the environment and is faster than walking. The skateboard is also pretty lightweight as a transportation and on estimate is cheaper than a hoverboard

riding a skateboard is a good hobby to have as it is cheaper than other sports in terms or equipment plus it can develop your social life, making friends at a skatepark or finding other people who also skate in school. Skateboarding can also relieve stress or anxiety, having our body move gives a positive signal to our brain.
exercise is another main benefit from skateboarding, especially during COVID-19 when its hard to get out, you can still go skate in the car park or somewhere nearby you. Skateboarding burns calories an helps you stay in good physical shape and can build your muscles and physical endurance
