Regarding to section 6(1) of EA 1961, there are basically three differents amounts that was entitiled to employees which is 10,15, and 20 days of wages
For >2 years but <5 years, a retire are aknowledge to gain 15 days of wages each year of services under unceassing agreement of employement under the company.
for not more than of 2 years employment under the company, a person are entitled to recieved 10 days of wages each year of services under unceassing agreement of employment
For a retire that have been employed for > 5 years under the company is entitled to recceived 20 days of wages each year of services under unceassing agreement of employment and if the period of time is not complete one whole year, the calculation taken from the adjescent month of retirement.
