        In this study, the researchers examined the effectiveness of telephone calls from International Medical Graduate (IMG) junior doctors to a more senior doctor in a simulation training. This training is done to ensure patient safety and well-being. The effective calls and ineffective calls were compared. A generic structure and language features of effective calls were established after they were analyzed.
