Are Jett providing one Supervisor per crew or for the delivery area?
Like the look of the hyper link, can we get an example of it
Need to understand what the online form does
Project Managing
How do delivery crews record any issues
Vehicle breakdowns
Staff sickness and annual leave
If productivity falls behind what is the contingency
Faulty products?
Challenge Jett productivity and crew numbers for each phase
Why are Jett using 3.5T vehicles
Skillsets, how many mobilisations have staff completed
With the defaults do we keep the 2 week mop up in place, in addition to Saturday catch ups
Six distinct parts
What we need Jett to do
Understanding our MS
Understand what MGB can / cannot do with staggered deliveries
Collection of old units from Penwith
Storage requirements
Comms Plan
MGB
Deliver containment to Newquay Airport in five separate deliveries
Tregongeeves 08/11/21
Liskeard 07/02/22

St Erth 10/07/22
Truro 10/10/22
Delivery of units to residents - Table 7 MS 1 page 30 / 31 also in MS 5
Need to understand from MGB can they deliver to these five schedules & timelines
If they can deliver to this Newquay Airport may be sufficient
Questions
Need to confirmation Jett delivering from CC depots or from storage locations / Newquay Airport
Can John Dodd provide weekly update of missed lifts to Jett every Friday
Need to understand what is defined as rural properties and expectations for support (Pilot)
Need to agree format for sample maps and property round sheets up front
Jett advised require two Pilots one for main distribution and one for rural area. did we allow for this in our costing
Clarify bins stacks, in Biffa MS we said stacks of 10. MGB to deliver 14 high, will Jett deliver out same level
Understand hotspots around Cornwall that could affect delivery programme
Are there areas in Cornwall that have access restrictions. Make sure we have a point of contact for each area (local knowledge)
What will MGB do if we have any faulty units
If resident does not accept unit what actions do Jett need to take
Need to agree with CC if residents use bins early, in particular Food
Rollout programme, circa 3 months is this to long, do we compress. Need to include Jett and MGB in discussion
Penwith (Old Units)
Number of containers to be collected
Require confirmation from CC what action to take, not going into property
Are Jett to only collect bins with Council branding
Charges to be applied comes under Capex Pot 2
In Biffa's MS we stated Jett would collect from the boundary, If full Jett would empty and then return to depot
Storage Requirements
If working to JIT do we need more units than Newquay Airport
If we need more storage units, what size is required
Are outdoor units (180L Refuse & 23L Caddys ) feasible
7L Caddys and Welcome Pack must be kept indoors
If using more storage units who is responsible for the lease and costs
Comms Plan
When delivering containers the new collections rounds and days to already be agreed with CC
Needs to be concise when food bins can start to be used
