The physical condition is the term we use to refer to the “ physical form" that at a given
moment our organism presents
But how can we know what level of physical condition we have? we can analyze the state of our physical
condition by analyzing and assessing the Basic Physical Abilities
Our body always has to be "ready", we call it being fit, it means that you have a good Physical Condition. On the contrary if there are some activities we cant do normally, our physical
condition needs to improve
Good physical condition is essential to wear a healthy and energetic life. Therefore, we
must stay in shape because it will help us to live vigorously and in the absence of disease
Regular physical, a healthy and balanced diet, and
adequate rest are the basic pillars of some Healthy habit, we must refuse to introduced in our organism socially tolerated “poisons"
