Mainstream students plays their role to facilitate and respecting their differences among the special needs students
Teachers
Special education teacher establish a good relationship with mainstream teacher to discuss, support and improve inclusive learning
Resource teachers plays important roles to keep everyone together and spread awareness regarding inclusive education
Mainstream teacher try to understand and improve their skill in order to handle special need students
Parents are fully aware and supportive to the inclusive education program and ready to have a two way interaction in order to know and help on their child development
School facilities- no class streaming with an adequate number of students as well as using appropriate teaching materials

Involvement of support services such as audiologist, language speech pathology, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, phycologist and peripatetic to help students' study impact
FAILURE

Teachers
Mainstream teachers are not ready to teach the special need students and not fully understand the inclusive concept
Special education teacher did not play their role to include the special need students in their teaching
Mainstream students discriminate the special students which lead to low self esteem, loss of interest and passive

Insufficient facilities such as incompatible study materials, class and school surrounding that are not user friendly especially for the special need students
