Communication Principles
According to our Labor Law, a union is in formation when a
group of workers, which in no case will be less than twenty, notify the Regional or General Directorate of Labor, the will of the group to manage a union, with the declaration and general statements of each one of them and the company, establishment or business where they work.
Union Jurisdiction
It is called trade union jurisdiction, the guarantee that some workers enjoy of not being fired, or impaired in their working conditions, without just cause, previously qualified by the Labor judge.
