Heaven and Hell
Heaven (Paradise)- Paradise is often described as a garden of happiness. The Qur'an states that heaven will be filled with streams, rivers, flowers, fruits, wine and precious silk. There will be seven layers to paradise- the closer you are to Allah, the better. This is determined by the number of good deeds which are collected throughout your time on earth
Hell- Hell is viewed as a punishment for those who reject Allah and have done bad deeds. The Qur'an describes hell as a horrific place with fire and great torment, where one will dwell eternally. Hell is described as being a place where boiling water is poured in people and constant sounds of groaning and wailing can be heard. Similar to paradise, there are also seven layers to hell.
