With regards to the China water scheme, I believe that it is a really positive and useful scheme to have. This is because it helps promote tourism, it means that the mass production that happens in China can still take place, and people can just overall have a better quality of life and living.
However, with regards to the local people, it can become quite a negative thing as people are having more water insecurity, yet it isn't in the bigger cities so people worry less. It is causing flooding which is affecting local areas and this could cause the government stress as well because they have to pay compensation and make sure the people are ok.
Overall, I believe that the China water transfer scheme is a good idea and process as it improves the economy of China and provides local people with a better standard of living.
