Body Positivity Movement
-
Love who you are, not what society wants you to be.
-
As a woman, society really determines how you go out into the world; how you look, talk, act, etc.
Women come in all shapes, sizes, skin colors, etc. and femininity shouldn't just be given to those that men have deemed "worthy" of.
We've grown up in generations obsessed with getting "hooked on the look" of what big media is deeming "the perfect woman" at that time.

Make healthy life choices, live happily, and your health will follow
The bottom line is to live a healthy life, no matter if your skinny, overweight, fit, etc.

This encourages people to go to healthcare providers, meet friends, and get active.
Over time, there will be an increase in mental and physical health when you have a positive self-image.

This is not one of those conversations where you can have "no opinion" because it affects you in some way, especially as a woman.
Whether you're someone defying gender norms or pushing them, we all have a part whether you want to admit it or not.
The oldest sayings in our society are, "don't judge a book by its cover," and, "treat others how you wish to be treated," and yet the opposite goes on every single day, online and in person.
