The game should be fairly fast paced, to keep up with low attention spans

The game should support many languages, in both text and audio
Game fonts will need to take into consideration the alphabets of many languages
The location of the 'Underwater City' must be vague, countries should not be singled out, instead each city should be considered a new version of a country
Legislation
The game should be made to conform to the law in every country it will be released in
Religion
Similarly to ethnicity, primary research should be done into the 6 main religions, to allow for more options and realistic customisation.
Ethinicity
In choosing the appearance of the player, different skin tones, hair colours and so on should be available
People should be able to create an character to play in, that represents themselves
Characters in the game should also connect to specific a ethnicity, to which their actions, appearance and speech should conform
Primary research should get information as to make characters realistic, and to avoid offence
Disability
In the design of the avatar and characters, players should be able to choose to represent their potential disabilities, with options for wheelchairs, crutches and so on.
Gender
With no specified gender, the player should be able to choose genders, which should not be limited to male and female.
All genders (with the exception of gender based words in different languages) should be treated equally in the game.
