Consecuences: Drugs are chemicals that affect the body and brain. Different drugs can have different effects. Some effects of drugs include health consequences that are long-lasting and permanent. They can even continue after a person has stopped taking the substance.
Withdrawal symptoms:Drugs and alcohol are brain depressants that push down the spring.hey suppress your brain's production of neurotransmitters like noradrenaline. When you stop using drugs or alcohol it's like taking the weight off the spring, and your brain rebounds by producing a surge of adrenaline that causes withdrawal symptoms.

Alcohol: alcohol can also be used to excess resulting in health, social, legal, and other problems. Students may receive conflicting messages about alcohol from the news media, school, their friends, and their parents.
Cocaine: is a powerfully addictive stimulant drug. For thousands of years, people in South America have chewed and ingested coca leaves.

Nicotine: a toxic colorless or yellowish oily liquid that is the chief active constituent of tobacco. It acts as a stimulant in small doses, but in larger amounts blocks the action of autonomic nerve and skeletal muscle cells. Nicotine is also used in insecticides.

From a practical standpoint, these factors don’t take into account that some people become addicted to drugs, such as painkillers because they were prescribed for an injury or surgery.
They didn’t experiment with drugs or intend to use them for recreational purposes. They took drugs as a medical necessity and eventually got hooked. It’s sad things happen this way, but it has become a reality for so many people today.
