Analysis
Training should act a refresher and an addition to prior knowledge
Desired outcome: Coworkers to consider barriers to health services patients are facing
Failure to do so will result in reduced quality of care
Training is not necessarily urgent but would be beneficial at anytime - No time crunch
Situation should change immediately after training
Participants will be physical therapists, aides, and receptionists
All have at least 3 years of experience in healthcare

Learning objectives (some)
After completing the lunch and learn, students will consider the access to care patients experience and show increased value in how that impacts them by immediately implementing gained knowledge in their careers.
Given three case studies, students will classify the barriers to accessing health services patients are experiencing 3 out of 3 times.(Manipulation)
After completing the lunch and learn, students will describe all three steps to gaining access to health services with 100% accuracy. (Comprehension)
