History
Cree called Juniper "Ka Ka Kau-mini" used for wound poultices - bark.
Blackfoot called it " sik-Si-nou-Koo" used it on floors of sweat lodges and on their sun dance floor. Also used it as liniment mixed with poplar leaves for backaches.
Used as general tonic and to bathe horses.
