Initiation
Child's Parents/Guardians

Once a formal referral is given, special permission from parents/guardian is needed

It is not required to meet all the goals determined, but teachers should be able to show proof of trying their best to provide an equal opportunity of learning
Once IEP term has been completed, the student will go under re-evaluation (Usually done annually)
Full testing evaluation can be done around every 3 years
