Staff turnover can result in low morale
Our restaurant- J Restaurant, is a French restaurant being quite popular in the area that was established for more than 7 years. In recent years, the turnover rate of our staff has been pretty sharply increasing, which negatively cause the productivity and performance of hotels. When an employee leaves the corresponding department the operational aspects of the department are changed; the duty allocation or smoothness, as well as flexibility in working of Front of the House department, is changed considerably. The HR department has to work hard or the managers should adjust their management process to resolve this problem.
