All legislative powers granted shall be vested in congress of the U.S. It consists of the House of Representatives and a senate.

The house of representatives are composed of members chosen every two years by the people of the states. You must be 25 and have been a citizen for 7 years to be a representative.

Article 3
The judicial branch of the U.S. is vested in one Supreme court and in such inferior courts as the congress may ordain and establish.

The judges shall hold their offices in good behavior and shall receive a compensation for their their services.
The trial of all crimes except in the case of impeachment shall be by Jury. and shall be held in the state where said crimes have been committed.

The brown vs. education was a supreme court case which happened May 17th, 1954, in Topeka. Where they ruled unanimously the racial segregation in public schools was a violation of the fourteenth amendment. This amendment prohibits the states from denying equal care laws to people of color.
Marbury vs. Madison was a supreme court case that affirmed the court's powers of judicial review by striking down a law made by congress as unconstitutional.
Article 2
The executive power is vested in a president of the U.S. Who will hold his office shall serve his term of four years along with the vice president.

No person except a natural born citizen of the U.S. will be eligible to the office of being president. You must be 35 years of age and have been a member of the U.S. for fourteen years.
In case of death or removal of the president the vice president will take over, if they cannot serve a new president shall be elected.
The president or vice president may be impeached for treason, bribery, or other high crimes
