i) commission = 15% x amount of billing above the remaining monthly target

b) 70% of the monthly margin is counted as part of the monthly target following the actual contract duration
a) $350 commission per placement
c) in case of conversion to permanent
i) monthly margin inclusion to the monthly target will stop together with final invoice
ii) Follow the step: 360 Role - Permanent Placement - Bring Your Own Candidate
I) Other Recruiter's Candidate (ORC)
b) 70% of the monthly margin is counted as part of the monthly target following the actual contract duration
