appear charred and may be black, pale gray-white in color with swelling and pain. Numb and light to touch
Dehydration is a major concern, require hospitalization
Integumentary System, anterior trunk-18%, right and left upper limbs both-18%. According to the areas if we used the rule of nines, these are major areas in the body of an adult. Total of 36% plus the minor burn in the forehead.

If burn too deep, bones may be affected as well, if bones are affected, organs protected by them would be exposed to infection, exposure, and failure.
Lungs may be affected, stomach, if burn is too deep this organs may be unable to work properly because of the inflammation and/or infection
Cardiovascular system
Because blood vessels are expose to 2nd and 3rd degree burns it may spread infection trough the blood
If burns in chest area are too deep, it may exposed muscles and bones
If muscles are affected, are wont be able to move and heal as fast.
