A hotel contacts you and is frustrated with the way their Point of Sales works. They feel that they have daily challenges with the system and that they lose revenue due to the fact that the terminals/software is too slow.
They want to bring in a new system of their own, but the hotel chain has previously decided on a Point of Sales system that is standard for all the hotels.
How do you meet this challenge from the hotel?
A little extra information:
A central project is under way around Point of Sales terminals/software within the group. It may take years before this hotel sees this new solution because it depends on how the process goes, and then how operations choose to prioritize the rollout to the hotels.
So if the hotel is unlucky then they could get low priority out of the 200 hotels that wants the new terminals/software.
